"I believe that we learn better when we are surrounded and provided by useful and functional learning facilities which the school provides through its educational media center or EMC." -Vince An Educational Media Center or EMC is a facility for the housing and utilization of all educational media within the school. It is a basic requirement for a school to render quality service. It is a unit in the school that cooperates with other units or departments that help the school fulfill its vision and mission. It serves a myriad of roles, among which are: - Center of resources - Laboratory for learning - Agent of teaching - Service agency - Coordinating agency
